Dr. Camaréna's signature methodology represents a fundamental shift from technology-first to human-first AI implementation. Bottom-Up Engagement ensures broad acceptance by involving everyone affected by AI decisions in the design process, anticipates regulatory evolution by building ethical considerations into system design, and creates competitive advantage through responsible innovation.
Currently teaching "Ethical AI Futures Lab" at RMIT University's Masters programme, she ensures the next generation of AI designers understand both technical possibilities and human responsibilities.
Dr. Camaréna's current focus centres on helping organisations lead global responsible AI innovation. Her work with European partners involves regulatory future-proofing, innovation through inclusion, and positioning responsible AI practice as strategic differentiator rather than compliance burden.
Innovation directors choose to work with Dr. Camaréna because she offers research rigour, implementation experience, global authority, and a proven methodology for inclusive AI innovation - enabling organisations to confidently design responsible AI that serves both immediate business needs and long-term societal goals.
